Sustainability

We’re not just another company that pays lip service to being “sustainable” because it’s a catchy buzzword. We put our money where our mouth is. Here’s what we mean:

All of our packaging was chosen to reduce our impact on the environment. Our tags are made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper and our mailers are fully compostable.
Reusable tote bags help reduce the usage of single-use plastic bags. Up to 15 billion plastic bags are used in Canada every year which contributions to the 3.3 million tonnes of plastic waste produced annually (Environment and Climate Change Canada, 2020).
We choose to use local companies any time we can. Currently our bags are printed, designed, and finished in Vancouver. Our hang tags are also made locally.
On top of that we’re donating a dollar from the sale of every bag to help support the great work of the Central Westcoast Forest Society.

As a small company, teeny tiny in fact, our impact may be small but all of our actions come from a belief that no company should be focused solely on profit and every business can put an effort into minimizing their impact on the earth.
